HOW TO FILE A PROOF OF CLAIM
 
  • The Company has prepared a list of creditors, which is part of the bankruptcy filing documentation.

  • An official notice of the filing and notice of the first creditors meeting has been sent to all listed creditors.

  • All listed creditors have been sent a form for filing a proof of claim.

  • Any creditor not receiving such information may independently file a proof of claim with the bankruptcy court.

  • The bar date to file a proof of claim is January 9, 2004.
